How do you get to look at autopsy pictures?

Curious question. For one, you should be talking to a detective, right away. If you beleive your mother was murdered, only a homicide detective and a court can give clearance.

You need to ask the coroner. However, the police is usually the one in charge of investigating murder cases, and be sure that they will take a look at the photos and evaluate the situation. It is very hard to get access to those pictures, by the way, because they are not something many regular people want to see.

I would imagine that you would have to show some kind of proof that you are related to the individual. Perhaps you can call or talk to the detective or person that is over your mothers case. There might be a process or some paperwork for you to fill out, but over all I would talk to the main person.
