Try to remember what you have been around recently, and where you have been. Did you change dish or laundry soap recently? Did you visit a new place with plants you have not seen before? If so, its possible it an allergic reaction. Check with a doctor.

You can check your hygeine practices and try switching facial products but the fastest and probably best way to determine what is causing your face sores is to seek the care of a dermatologist.

Eliminate fatty oils and salt from your diet, drink more water, do not use soaps with harsh chemicals on your face,(i.e. ProActive, Clearisil, etc..) you can reduce the sores with an application of heated warm water, not boiling hot, on your sores a few times a day, do not, under any cirmcumstandces, lance or burst the sore.

Acne or face sores are related to hormones and diet. Keep a log of what you eat. If sores flare up then it's probably what you are eating.
