There are many heavy duty cleaning products on the market, but one to try might be Krud Kutter. Spray it on the stain and let is soak for a minute. Scrub with an old toothbrush and wipe away with a towel or paper towel. Repeat as necessary for best results.

The best way to remove a stain from shower grout, aside from scrubbing which I am sure you have already tried, is to buy a grout stain remover stick. This works like a white permanent marker, you just run it over the stain and it "paints" the grout back to its original color again.

to consider while cleaning be sure to wear rubber or latex gloves and throw open the windows to avoid the exposure, then spray on a commercial grout cleaner of all purpose cleaning solution with bleach, wait for several minutes then scrub the grout with a stiff grout brush after rinse thoroughly now that grout's sparkling clean, keep it that way.

You can buy a bottle of TSP at lowes. Then take the tsp and mix it with water mix pretty strong than take a scrub brush and scrub your grout with and it should clean the stain. If the tsp does not work try using a little bit of matri acid mix with water be careful not to breath fumes.
