You're going to need to crawl underneath the cab and locate the exhaust usually located near the tail end of the car. It's held in place by a few bolts.

Soak the manifold in penetrating oil for some minutes. Remove the EGR and crossover pipe from the manifold. Change all older gaskets and remove the carbon deposits. Then locate new gaskets corresponding to manifold. Reinstall all the bolts and nuts with torque of 25-35 foot pounds. Finally check the leakage.

Unbolt the o2 sensor on the manifold and then unbolt the manifold from the head and the manifold from the rest of the exhaust then take it out.

First you will have to unbolt the exhaust pipe where it connects to the manifold. Then, you will need to unbolt the old manifold. Be careful not the break the studs. Then you can put the new manifold and new gasket on and connect the exhaust.

The manifold is just the large catacomb looking area in the exhust housing itself. If you buy a new exhust muffler you will in fact be replacing the manifold too. It unscrews easily, you just have to be under the car to do it.

first you disconnect the exaust pipe from the cat back. your next step is going to be taking of the manifold cover then you take off the nuts holding the manifold to the engine block. now you are ready to remove the manifold. then reassemble the the manifold in the order from last to first as you took it off

Without knowing which of the many Toyota or at least the type of engine I can't give you an exact guide. Typically it easy a straightforward process. You unbolt the manifold from the block and then from the exhaust pipe itself. The hardest part is typically getting the manifold bolts out since they tend to get stuck pretty bad.
