Well, this is from a newbie businessman's point of view; but all I can say is that, if you really want to start one, try getting yourself a handful of drivers (some people want this) and mechanics, or learn how to fix cars yourself -- it'll cut your expenses.

You buy a bus, get your Commercial license, buy insurance, create an LLC, do some promotion, take reservations. First you have to buy the bus the rest is easy.
