The best way to teach table manners is to have good manners yourself. If you display good table manners. Don't yell and argue with them. Just have patience and it will happen in time.

I always made it into a game, sit them at the table and teach them the please and thank yous. If its a fun expierence it will stick, its always nice to have prizes available too, or treats when they do really well. It helps with learning and remembering.
