Bouillon is the lighter version of consomme. For consomme bouillon has been broiled in, there is less moist in consomme, it has a strong taste.

Bouillon is nothing but it is the lighter version of consomme, so bouillon can be also called as consomme Bouillon,For consomme bouillon has been broiled and further more consomme bouillion has very less moisture content in it, also the consomme bouillon when tasted feels like having a very strong taste.
