I actaully have tried teh wal-mart brand of champagne and it really isn't terrible. Although to be fair in my statement I tried it with the mind set that it was going to be the worst tasting thing ever so that may have had an impact on my final opinion of it.

The champagne you saw at Wal-mart was most likely a carbonated sparkling wine that does not contain any alcohol. Instead, visit your local liquor store and asking for a recommendation.

I find the champagne from Walmart exactly like everything else in the store-cheap. The price for the champagne directly reflects its quality. With this champagne you truly get what you pay for.

I have not tried the Wal Mart branded champagne, but would assume that it is not very good and that it lacks complexity.

If you mean the low-cost champagne sold by Wal-Mart, I found it quite excellent. I'm not aware of any champagne that actually has the name "Wal-Mart" on it, but Wal-Mart's store-brand (non-alcoholic) products are usually called "Great Valu".

The wal-mart brand of champagne is just okay. I have tried it, I drank it, but I would not recommend it if you are really trying to impress someone.

It is every bit as bad as you can imagine champagne from Wal-Mart would be. I tried it, but believe me I'll never buy it again. You would be1 better served by mixing Mad Dog with your beer.

Check to make sure that the Wal-mart brand is really champagne, meaning it is made in the Champagne region of France. If not, it's sparkling wine. I never checked the bottles at Wal-mart to see. I've heard that it is adequate but not exceptional. For the price it is OK though.
