How long do you think couples should know eachother prior to marriage?

There is no right or wrong answer to this. Some fixed marriage last forever and some don't. Some people just click and know it the right thing to do. Look at the person, do they have all the qualities that you are looking for. Don't get married to get divorced.

Nine to 12 months or a a bit longer is typical. Long enough to have seen each other at their best and worst; to have had a serious disagreement and made up; to have met each other's families; to be comfortable with the relationship when apart.
