It will take anywhere from 3-9 months. Once cleared by a doctor, you can do exercises that focus on hip and leg movements, which will decrease this time.

Your body will never be the same after pregnancy. You will be out of maternity clothes within 6 weeks, and with work should be back to normal within 3 months.

It depends on the woman, her fat distribution, her diet and her pre-pregnancy eating and exercising habits. Most women gain 20+ lbs during pregnancy - some of which is the baby itself and the rest is a mixture of fluid and fat. The fluid is usually lost at birth, the rest will have to be shed via diet and exercise.

A loaded question indeed! If you are talking about baby fat deposits, that is up to your body, diet and exercise. Genetics may play a part too. You have to keep in mind however, when you look at the spread of the pelvic girdle to accommodate the birth of a vaginal delivery, some spread in this region may be permanent.
