Usually a woman has one to three fertile days each month. Get an ovulation predicting kit and follow the directions for your best chance of getting pregnant.

It can and does vary. The most fertile time lasts between one to three days. An ovulation prediction kit can help you figure out those days.

Most women have 48 to 72 hours after they ovulate to conceive. Have every 24-48 hours during your fertile period and you will likely conceive. You can use an ovulation test to indicate when your most fertile days will be. If you have difficulty conceiving for more than a year, consult a doctor.

Studies show that your highest chances for conception are in the two days before and the one day of ovulation. The outer limit appears to be five days prior to ovulation, while having sex the day after ovulation has a 95% failure to conceive rate. I recommend charting your cycles using a thermometer and a free online program.

You can conceive at any point in your period cycle, but you're most likely to get pregnant when you're ovulating. Ovulation occurs when your body is most fertile, and usually lasts around 2-3 days. Ovulation happens about two weeks into your cycle, but a period tracker can help determine your exact dates.

Most women have a open window of about 2 to 3 days after their period ends.
