Depending on where you're flying from, the option is generally to travel to Bishkek via Moscow on Aeroflot or Turkish Airlines through Istanbul. The prices between the two are generally not very different. Both are usually between $750 and $950 USD. Choice might be determined on length of layover and whether Moscow or Istanbul as a city is preferable.
