How much does your internal memory card typically hold?

Typically I use 2 GB card. It provides sufficient space for my purposes and it is still reasonably small to download the data fast enough. Especially the latter is important for me. If I have to free the card for new data I always make complete backup of the data on the card.

Internal memory card is very important for a device to use. I also have internal memory card in my mobile and it holds about 2 GB.
