What creates new muscle weight is exercise plus excess calories, so you have to eat more as well as exercise. Usually, two weeks of weights will add a pound.

I varies wildly. There are many factors that come into play. Some of them are external, such as the type of exercise, but many more are individual. Different people add muscle at different rates. Diet can play a role, too. Some muscles are also easier to grow than others. Even your metabolism can influence how quickly you add muscle.

To produce a pound of muscle you must have a weight-bearing program for up to six weeks and eat a healthy balanced diet. If you are a beginner to using weights for exercise magazines such as Muscle & Fitness is place to get workout routines to fit you fitness level.

There is no right answer for this, due to the fact that there are so many equations that go into this: age of person, diet they are on, amount of time they spend in the gym, amount they are lifting, etc.

There is no formula for this and anyone telling you they can predict is lying. There are too many variables including muscle group, genetic and body habitus.

There is no set amount for how much exercise results in a given amount of added muscle. Get on a good bodybuilding routine look online for examples and also supplements your diet with lots of protein- approx 1 gram per lb of body weight. Overtime time you will add lbs.

The amount of exercise needed differs from person to person. It is recommended to workout your muscles every other day to grow them faster.
