It is impossible to say exactly how much food a puppy should be consuming without information about weight. However, a 4 month old puppy should be fed approximately 3 times daily, as much as it wants. At 4 months, a puppy is in a crucial developmental stage. Overfeeding is not a concern until adulthood.

It varies greatly depending on her size, energy level, and metabolism. Usually with puppies you should let them eat as much as they want until they're older.

Depending on the breed your puppy should be eating 2 to 3 meals a day. The amount of serving also depends on the breed of the puppy.

It really depends on the breed to know how much is a healthy amount, but most puppies can have a cup or a cup and a half two to three times a day. This should keep them at a healthy weight and from being hungry. If this does not seem like enough, up the amount half a cup each feeding.
