You can take wads of newspaper and wet slightly with warm water. Stuff boots by packing newspaper wads firmly in boots. Let paper dry before removing. Repeat this process for several days. You can add a little white vinegar to warm water and stuff any shoes to eliminate odors.

When I was a teenager, we'd stretch our leather sandals by soaking them in water for an hour, then walking around in them until dry. They conform to your feet.

Buy a boot stretcher then get the leather of the boot wet with either water or leather oil the put the boot stretchers in the boot and let it dry.

Lather boots in baby oil (provided you would be okay with the current color becoming darker) and compress the boots with the force of your hand or foot.

In order to stretch leather you have to put some oil on it. This is sold in stores for sure for baseball gloves. You should then put the boots on and rub the oil on the outside to stretch them out or you can put something in them around the same size.

Oil for baseball gloves is good for many leathers. However, there is a high probability that it will permanently darken the boots. Be careful. There are specific oils for softening leather boots/shoes that may be more color safe. Check out your local shoe repair store.  add a comment

I do not know if you want to stretch or conform. Either way, soak them in warm water and then wear them around a bit until they dry to fit.

The best thing to do is to soak the leather boots in oil and that way it will soften the leather to be able to stretch them. You can take popcicle sticks and put them in the boots until the boot is stretched to where you want it and that way you know it is where you need them.

Well, I heard if you put water on them, then you can stretch them easily. Otherwise, wear them a couple of times to make them stretch in all sorts of ways. Simply pulling them in multiple directions can result in overall stretching of these leather cowboy boots. Good luck in your venture.

You can stretch them by wearing them boots and pulling them from the sides. Leather is pliable and can be molded into any shape. Some people suggest wetting your boots and this allows for stretching.

You can stretch out leather cowboy boots by purchasing plastic foot molds that can fit inside the boots. Leave the foot molds in the boots when you are not wearing them. Another way is to just frequently wear the boots.
