For when the bearded dragon lays out the temperature should be between 95F and 105F. The ambient temperature needs to be about 80F. Do not use heat rocks!

The temperature during the day should be between 80 and 85 F. At night, the temperature should lower to between 70 to 75 F. Use a tank heater and thermometers if room temperature goes below that at night.

Beardies need ambient heat, cool spots and a basking spot. The basking temp should be around 100 degrees F for adults and the ambient should be 80-85.

Use a UVB florescent lighting for the tank with the top basking area on one side of the cage. The hot spot for basking should be approximately 100 - 105 degrees (slightly warmer for babies). The ambient cage temperature on the other side of the cage should be between 80-85 degrees.

You should go to a pet store and ask them, they should know about how warm it should be. Or you can look online for the information you need on how to take care of your dragon's tank. You could go back to where you got it and ask them questions about how to take care of it.

Bearded dragons need a heat source to lie on that can be found in any pet store and the humidity is as important as the level of warmth. You will need a wet heat thermometer the right size for your tank and a source of moisture as well to keep them healthy.
