I am having problems growing my Rose Petal bush, what should I do?

Soil with good drainage is a must. Water twice a week, thoroughly drenching each time, but not too late in the evening. Foilage likes to be dry and diseases and pests will less likely attack if so. Morning sun is preferable-at least six hours.
