I heard popping sounds in my sacroiliac injury. Should I be worried?

Well, if you hear popping sounds, you should definitely go see a doctor. Also try going to see a chiropractor and see what he or she has to say about that.

As long as there is no pain associated with the popping sounds it could just mean that your joints are getting old. The popping sound could just be your tendons running across scar tissue associated with the injury. If there is severe pain I suggest contacting a doctor for medical advice.

You need not worry about your sacroiliac joint popping. If you get this joint out of place, use simple back bends to get it back into place again.

Yes! You should be very worried about this situation. This is an injury in the lower back which could spread throughout the lower back into the buttocks. If it were to get worse, it could restrict movement, which leads to sharp pains.

Well popping sounds anywhere are not good. If you have already injured that area I would suggest seeking a medical doctor to examine the area again for fear of worsening the injury.
