Wait patiently for his response. If response is positive, then you can happily go ahead and date with him. If the response is negative don't get worried. Be polite and accept it. Then start impressing him in all possible ways and win his heart. Know his likes and dislikes and act accordingly. All the best

If you already told him, you can't do anything else but wait and see his reaction. If he likes you, he will let you know and pursue you. If he doesn't, he'll make no effort to be something more to you and you should move on to someone who reciprocates your feelings.

After you tell a boy you like him you should wait to see what he does next. If he is interested in you he'll find a way to show you. Chasing him, especially if he isn't interested in you, will likely make him run in another direction. If he does nothing, you have your answer.

Do you get on well together, see if the relationship as friends blossoms and if it does it might go further. Sometimes a relationship does need a shove, is he fond of you, maybe you should ask him out if you think he might say yes for a drink or a movie.
