If you are young and have a fast metabolism and take a small dose, it may not show up, but else it can very possibly be positive on your drug test. Valium is lipid soluble so it stays in your body for quite a while. However, if you're taking one dose it may be ok.

Valium has a very long half-life, meaning the time it takes for half the drug to be processed in the body is very long. Then, that half is processed to its half and so on. That takes 7-12 days with Valium.

Yes. If you have a Rx for Valium, that's not a problem. If you don't have prescription, you will not be able to explain the presence of that particular substance in your body.

It depends on how fast your body is metabolizing the drug. Valium has a long half life of 20 to 100 hours with differences between individuals(time that it takes for the drug to reach half of initial concentration in the blood)so it is possible that traces of Valium might be found after 4-5 days.

I would think not if you took it four to five days prior. You should have peed it all out of your system.
