If properly leveled, what is the problem with laying Flexitec vinyl on new OSB subfloor (using PC full spread)?

the problem with it is that first of all if any water were to get under the vinyl and come in contact with the OSB for any extended period of time the sub floor would soak up the water like a sponge and start to come loose from the floor and bubble.

Laying any type of flooring directly on an OSB subfloor can be a problem because OSB tends to absord moisture and swell much more than a hardboard, dense plywood or concrete board. Also, Flexitec vinyl requires that the subfloor be very smooth (which OSB is not) as any flaws will be apparent in the finished floor.
