If you start in a bank teller position, can you move up in the bank?

Well it is not necessary that you have to start as a teller. If you have your MBA you can work in any managerial position right away. However, if you do not and you want to work in a bank as a teller, that would be very smart as internal hiring is what happens.

You can start as a teller and work your way up with the proper education and training. Another option is to complete your financial degree first and then work as a finance officer or similar position that has greater capacity for advancement.
