The George Foreman grill provides a healthy way to cook meat, as you do not have to use any added fat. The grill itself is non stick, so the food will not stick.

It's healthier than pan-frying because only a tiny amount of oil is needed to grease the grill and fat drips off. But don't burn the meat - charring creates carcinogens.

Yes. Grilling is actually a lot healthier than pan frying your meats. The George Foreman grill actually has a patented eight degree slope to it that allows all of the grease and fat to drip down into a tray below. The result is leaner meat that is better for you.

It is healthier compared to letting the meat sit in its own drippings. Burgers are healthier due to the fact that the grill drains the fat away from the patty.

The grill is much healthier as it allows the excess fat to drain off of the meat while maintaining a juicy tender meaty taste. George Forman was the first company to enter the contact grill market.

A George Foreman grill allows fat to drain away rather than have the meat simply re-absorb the fat when you take it from a frying pan. In that sense, it probably is a healthier way of cooking meat.

Yes, a George Foreman grill is a very healthy way to cook meat, because the fat falls to the front and is separated away from the meat. It also has the advantage that you can control the heat easily, so you are less likely to get burned meat than when broiling, and the meat is tender.

There is evidence that meat is unhealthy if the fat drips onto the coals or becomes charred, so a Foreman grill would be a good alternative. The kind of meat and the cooking oil matters. Pastured, grass-fed beef or pork is healthiest. Do not cook in vegetable oil, as it is easily oxidized.

Using a George Foreman grill is healthier than most methods of cooking meat, because it grills off much of the fat.
