I would think so. Resident Evil games are scary, thrilling survival type video games. If a guide could tell you where to find more ammo and health, then yes!

To be honest, when it comes to most games, I find strategy guides generally a complete waste of both time and money, but the Resident Evil franchise is a rare case where a strategy guide can be prove to be very helpful. Helps with item locations, routing, combat tips, and other wise strategies. Go get one!

I have not read the strategy guide for resident evil. As with other strategy guides however, they are all made to help you. The best thing you could do is to go to any local store that sells the strategy guide and check it out for yourself. This would help extremely well

Yes, it is helpful, it helped me a lot to finish the game, Resident Evil 4, when i first got it.

If you are stuck on some level or boss and you can pass from here,it will be, but if your problem are the control, it won't be useful.
