Is "Dark Water" (the movie) any good?

Dark Water is a remake of a Japanese film, and I must say that I liked the Japanese version more, but both are great in their own way. In a remake, main roles went to Jennifer Connelly and Tim Roth. It is interesting family drama about strange things that are happening in a house.

The American version starred Jennifer Connelly, John C. Reilly, and Tim Roth. In my opinion I thought it wasn't that good of a movie. It is very similar in plot to movies like The Ring. SO if you enjoy movies like that you may actually like it.

I am a huge horror/thriller type movie junkie. I watched this movie because I like Jennifer Connolly as an actress & John C Reilly. This movie was pretty suspenseful and some parts pretty dark. It is a Japanese remake. I think it's worth the watch.
