Oxygen levels drop while sleeping, but should still be 90% and above. If you don't feel rested, see your doctor to check if you have sleep apnea.

While oxygen stats will vary slightly, your oxygen level should always be above 90. Certain medical conditions such as sleep apnea, snoring, and several others may cause your oxygen to drop. Check with your physician, oxygen levels below 90 are not normal.

Most peoples O2 Saturation will drop while sleeping. Some peole have a habit of essentially burrowing their face in to their covers thus breathing in a higher level of Carbon Monoxide. Check for S/X of sleep apnea and also it wouldn't hirt to be sure your room is well-ventilated, perhaps a fan or an open window.

Oxygen levels generally drop during sleep, which is why some people only need supplemental oxygen at night. The amount of the drop may be cause for concern.
