Is it okay to jog twice a day?

As long as you don't have a medical condition that would make it unsafe, then there is nothing wrong with it. Talk to your doctor is you are worried.

It depends on how long of a jog you are going on and how often you are doing this. Often, it is better to jog one time a day.

Your metabolism and fitness will increase dramatically with two-a-days. When doing two runs per day, however, keep in mind that you'll to run at least 30 minutes on each jog.

As long as you aren't sore or getting shin splints it should be fine. Make sure to wear sturdy, well padded running shoes.

As long as it is ok with your doctor, it can be very beneficial to jog twice a day. Many people who are training for marathons jog more than once a day in what is called "interval training. " You would just need to be sure to stretch, warm up, and cool down each time.
