Is it possible that Flonase gave me candida?

Its possible but unlikely. Candida is an overgrowth of yeast. You can consult your doctor for treatment regarding the candida

Yes, this is a rare side effect but can be severe. Flonase is an inhaled synthetic corticosteroid. As with any corticosteroid this can result in Candida albicans (yeast), especially of the nose and throat.

When Flonase is administered intranasally, localized infections such as candida albicans have developed, however only rarely, in clinical studies. Prolonged users (several continuous months) of Flonase nasal spray should be routinely examined for evidence of infection or other signs of adverse effects.
