Not only is it still being published, it's enjoying something of a resurgence in popularity thanks largely to the current story line in which Archie weds both Veronica and Betty but in separate time lines. The new series explores what life is like being married to the two very different women. The rest of Riverdale is along for the ride.

"Archie" comic books started in 1942 and still continues today. It concerns the adventure of Riverdale teenagers, Archie, Jughead, Reggie and two girls, Betty and Veronica. The creator, John Goldwater, meant for it to be similar to Mickey Rooney's Andy Hardy series. The comic has been modernized since then and will be including a gay character in the future.
