Is the "Flight of the Bumblebee" sheet music in the public domain?

Or should I have to pay to download it?

Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov's "Flight of the Bumblebee" was written in 1899-1900 and is in the public domain, so you should be able to get the sheet music for free, but it depends on which arrangement you want. You can try free-scores, 8notes, or imslp to download the sheet music free online.

Yes the FLight by Rimsky-Korsakov is in the public domain and you can most likely find the themes from it online. You'd only have to pay if certain instrumentation was being used or if a person made an arrangement of it that changed it to such a degree that it can be considered out of public domain.
