Is the Naruto movie any good?

There are several movies. Clash in the Land of the Snow was the first Naruto movie, and I thought it was pretty good. There are about seven Naruto movies, which are all entertaining but they are all filler (meaning there is really no impact on cannon events). The first movie had some really great fight scenes.

Naurto: Guardians of the Cresent Moon Kingdom and Legend of the Stone of Gelel are the two best Naruto movies. Shippuden's best is movie 2: Bonds.

I like that movie very much actually, however, you must be in the mood for that type of genre of movie. If you want to watch some cartoon violence then i think you will like it very much.
