1/2 ounce mixture of almond oil and vitamin E or vinegar diluted in an equal amount of water. Apply twice daily for 7-10 days. Put a few drops into each ear and clean debris out with cotton. If your dog has any open sores or scratches in his ear do not use the vinegar solution.

Try pouring rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide into your dog's ears. Vinegar can work sometimes as well, but just try and keep your dog clean.

First pick all the mites in dog's ear with a help of forceps and kill them by burning it. Keep the dog hygienic by applying dog powder on its fur and ears too. The place where the dog resided must be sprayed with RAID insect repellent kills mites.
