There are a few serious problems with introducing anti-freeze into you engines oil supply. The oil and anti-freeze will mix together and form a whiteish gel like substance decreasing your viscosity and making it harder to lube the engines internals. also antifreeze contains glycol which can cause two pieces of metal to weld together during severe heat.

Yes, it's a problem of viscosity differences. Every involved with anti-freeze is built to deal with watery, light liquids, not thick motor oil. You'll destoy your water pump, the radiator will gunk up, and since high heat effects them differently who knows what else will be destroyed.

Yeah there is a major problem with this it can harm the oils detergent pack and make the oil way less effective. The mixing of oil and anti freeze usually indicates a blown head gasket that causes a bypass of coolant from the water jacket to get into the cylinders or in the oil galleys.

Simply put, Yes there is a problem with that. If anti-freeze is mixed into the engine oil, the ability for the oil to protect the internal parts is comprimised. The best thing to do is change the oil. If oil is in the antifreeze, than it is not as big of a deal, but it still needs to be address.

Yes, the coolant will cause the oil to dilute therfore increasing wear. It can also make the form sludge from the condesation from it evaporating.

Any type of foreign contaminates in engine oil is bad. Anti-freeze is usually alcohol base so it acts as a solvent in your oil. It can cause damage to your engine internals. Always make sure the oil is as clean as possible in your engine to make it last.

Oil and antifreeze should not be combined. If they are mixed or you notice coolant in your oil then you have issues. This means that there is a leak or crack in the system letting the two mix. You need to fix the problem before it damages the engine further.
