Yes, There are some tutorials from Microsoft itself to teach people how to use excel, including the 2003 version. There is "Computer Professor" which I have never tried but I hear it is a decent program and teaches everything from how to create a table to all the advanced stuff. But the best is to get one from Microsoft.
