Some companies do give warranty's on cars thats rebuilt. But then it all depends on the policy of the companies themselves. Normally this warranty's is much shorter than those that you would get from big brands that sell non rebuilt cars. Mostly from a privateer doing rebuilds you would get a 3 month warranty. More a pride thing I think.

It depends more on the dealership or person that you are purchasing it from. Usually you just purchase the vehicle as-is which is the nice way to say no warrenty

There is no Factory Warranty since the manufacturer didn't do the fix. A body shop may give you a warranty on what THEY did but, I wouldn't hold my breath.

Most rebuilt cars come from a salvage title. That would mean the cars have been totaled. These cars would only have a warranty provided by the seller.

It really depends on where you buy it from. Most lots make up their own warranty terms. So talk to them to see what kind of coverage you get.
