Not quite. In Poland, there are dozens of small towns and villages known as "Łazy" as well as one town formerly named Lazy that is now part of Orlova, Czech Republic. The television show "Lazytown" was filmed in Iceland, and was named such because the original residents there did not like to exercise. It wasn't inspired by a real place.

No. The U.S. Geological Survey's database of placenames in the United States shows no location called Lazytown, and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's GeoNames database shows none abroad.
