Yes, the holy book of the Asatru religion of the pre-Christian Pagan Norse, or "Odinist Bible" as you call it, is known as the Hávamál.

The story of Odin is older than written history. It does not have a traditional canon like the bible. However there are many books about the exploits his devine family.

This pagan religion is the original Teutonic or Germanic religion, and has many similarities to other early European, nature-based religions. It has no bible or holy text, but they do follow the Eddas, a collection of texts that outlines the religion's ethics, mythology and overall world view.
