Is there any danger to eating after someone with AIDS?

It is unlikely. The primary form of contraction is by blood or sexual contact. He must have sores or cuts in his mouth, and even then, your chances are low.

AIDS is transmitted by contact with an affected person's blood. Unless the person has an open mouth sore and you are sharing utensils, the chance of contracting AIDS is remote.

No, there is no risk of catching AIDS by consuming food after someone who has AIDs. HIV lives in blood, vaginal fluids and semen only.

generally no aids isnt passed through saliva, however if the person had a problem with gum disease and their gums bleed and any bit of the blood were to get into the food then there is a chance it could be caught that way. I would always say best to err on the side of caution dont take a chance.
