Is there anything in the house I can use for a bad ear infection on my Akita?

You need to see a vet, NOW. It honestly puzzles me how some people can take responsibility for an animal's well being, and not have to common sense to take it to medical care when it's sick. If you can't afford the basic medical care, you shouldn't have a pet.

First clean her ear and then you should get her to the vet. Your dog may need antibiotics and could be in pain.

No you will have to take the dog to the vet and get treatment from them for it but there are some remedies you can find online that will help sooth the dog and the ear until you can get an appointment and get it into the vet for treatment.
