The only way you can get free internet is if you have wifi compatibilities and are at a location that offers free access to said wifi connection. No matter what OS you use. To have internet at your home, you must order a service package.

No internet is available free of charge no matter is it for Linux or Windows. Linux is also operating system like Windows, with the difference that Linux is free instead of Windows. On Linux programs is free also instead of 50% programs for Windows but the Internet is not free for any operating system.

Internet service is provided independently of the operating system of the computer you are using. If you are able to find an Internet Service Provider in your area that provides internet connectivity free of charge, you will likely be able to utilize their services via a Linux based computer.

Your question is bit confusing becuase internet is provided by internet service providers not from OS developers. So you have to get the internet services from an ISP. Charges apply.

Linux is just an operating system, like Windows or OSX. It has nothing to do with the internet connection, your existing internet connection will work regardless of any OS you are using, assuming it's properly configured.
