There's usually a very, very small amount of protein in urine, typically denoted as "trace" on a lab result. A larger amount can be indicative of a kidney problem.

There are normally very small trace amounts of proteins passed within the urine. There is no reason for alarm or concern unless medical testing reveals large traces being passed.

Yes, there is protein in urine but it is not normal. Most proteins are too big to pass through the kidneys' filters into the urine. However, proteins from the blood can leak into the urine when the filters of the kidney, called glomeruli, are damaged. This abnormal condition is known as Proteinuria.

Normal urine contains some protein. However, high levels of protein in the urine are an indication of some kind of health problem. Any amount below 10 milligrams per deciliter is considered normal. Amounts above 10 mg indicate a problem, and more tests will need to be done to find out the nature of that problem

There are low levels of protein in urine, however if these levels increase it could indicate an issue with your kidneys. Your kidneys should typically filter waste and hold onto protein as it is something your body needs, though when there is damage to the kidneys they will not retain the protein and it will be excreted as waste.

Normally no, but if the filters in your kidney start to degrade with age or temporary infection, there may be. This is a signal to look for explaining causes. Once identified though, they don't always require treatment, but get the diagnosis right.

Protein is present in urine. By the help of dipstick in the lab, protein can be detected from your urine sample. It gives information whether you have any kidney problem.

It is normal for there to be trace amounts of protein in urine. The levels can increase if an individual has been engaged in exercise or physical activity.

There is always a small amount of protein in your urine, however, large amounts are pathological and need to be aggressively treated.
