Yes it is possible you you to buy these types of vehicles. You will need to do some research and find out where your local state government auctions their old cars off at. The trick will be to catch them when they go up for auction.

Absolutely you can buy a used mail truck. however, it is illegal for it to represent the postal service unless you work for them.they will need to be removed.
