My son is unable to walk or talk for the past 45 days due to pontocerebellitus. Is he in danger of permanent damage?

The doctor says there is no cure. My son had mono.

Possibly not. Pontocerebellitus is a very rare result of mononucleosis. In the one case reported in the literature, the patient recovered in about two months. However, any recovery from brain trauma varies from person to person and can take varying amounts of time. Your doctor can discuss with you whether rehabilitation therapy will help your son's progress.

I don't know the answer but based on personal experience of a similar illness I would recommend doing your research. Learn about infection and bacteria and the effects it can have. Look up the Marshall Protocol for information (the protocol is flawed and controversial), Look up detoxing for autism as it deals with toxins in the brain.
