First make sure you completely depress the eject button. Then wait a couple of seconds and try again. You can also use the hand controller to eject a game, go to dashboard, go to my xbox in first box with picture of game, press x. Also turn the power off and repeat steps.

There could be a broken motor or a shorted wire or several other things wrong. Microsoft customer support is your best resource since they built the Xbox. You should call them or email them and they will help you out.

Do a search for how to manually eject a disk. Microsoft has a guide on what you can do that involve removing the face plate and pushing the manual eject.

Look on the front of the game console alot of the newer systems have a hole where you can fit a paper clip to open the tray

Either your console isn't getting power, or the drive could be damaged. Make sure your cords are secure and make sure the power strip has a solid green light. If the drive is damaged and your system is under warranty, Microsoft will repair it and hopefully save your disc.

You can try to restart your Xbox 360 and, if it doesn't works, you can call Xbox Support with the phone number on the official Xbox website.
