Quick question! How can I lose my stomach fat and tighten that loose skin in 4 months?

I would recommend a lot of running, situps, watch your diet very carefully, crunches and if that doesn't work and you really need it done, liposuction.

Sit ups (crunches) are the best for your stomach fat. Also for lower stomach fat lay on your back, tuck your legs up and put your arms around your legs and roll back and forth - will help your lower stomach. For skin, make sure to drink lots of water. If it's crazy excessive you may need surgery.

The best way to lose belly fat is to attack the problem from various angles! Watching your diet for total calorie intake and quality of food consumed would be the first change. Workouts including both aerobic and strength training will help to define muscles and tighten loose skin.

You can achieve your goal simply with a three pronged approach. First, is to do sit-ups, and do lots of sit-ups. Each morning you must, without fail, do at least 20 minutes of sit-ups. Second is to reduce your caloric intake by 20% daily. And lastly you need a minimum of 8 hours sleep each night.

Regular excercise like brisk walking,swimming,aerobics etc will help you lose your stomach fat. Use moisturizer for your body and drink a lot of water.
