This is not a normal blood sugar level for someone that is not diabetic. People that don't have diabetes blood sugar levels should not be above 120. If you are seeing levels above 120 please see a Doctor for further testing

A person who does not have diabetes or that is not pre-diabetic generally does not have issues with elevated blood sugar. An occasional spike is quickly managed by the body.

Normal non-diabetic will seldom have have a blood sugar level that will go below 70mg/dl or that will go above 140 mg/ dl. If you feel something is wrong or not feeling well I would contact my doctor see what they tell you to do. If your really feeling bad contact 911.

Yes, a non-diabetic's blood sugar will often increase to over 140 after meals. The most important factor is that it not REMAIN elevated, such as during periods of fasting.

The simple answer to this question is : No. A non diabetics blood sugar levels rise after they eat but it should never go above 140. If your blood glucose level is within the range of 140 to 199 you are classified as pre diabetic. Thankfully we now have medicine and lifestyle changes we are aware of to lower it.
