Should I be worried about a small black freckle?

A small black freckle is likely nothing to be worried about unless it displays a couple characteristics. If it is an intense black, meaning much darker than any other freckle you have, you may want to have a doctor take a look at it. Also do this if the freckly has an irregular shape or undefined boarders.

Where the freckle is located it's size and many other factors determines whether you should worry or not. Always be on the safe side and check with your doctor.

If you have discoloration in your freckles, such as one that is black, you should go to the doctor and get it checked.
