You should not be worried about autism is your child has not spoken yet, especially if they are very young in age. Many children learn language at different times, and this shouldn't be cause for concern. Bring your child to the doctor for an autism evaluation, if worried.

Autism is defined by more than late speech. It is also characterized by "mind blindess", inability to understand the motivations of others, and oversensitivity to sound and strong stimuli. Late speech is also correlated to high IQ. If concerned, see a pediatrician.

That depends on how old your child is. If your child is responding normally in other areas except verbal, then you may want to check the child's ability to hear. Always check with your child's physician is you have concerns. If your child is older than 2 years old and doesn't speak at all you should worry.

Autism should ne one of your concerns but you need to watch your child carefully. You chil dwill probably speak at his own pace. But never rule out anything unless you are sure.

That would depend on the child's age. For a 15 month old no, it could very well just be a speech problem.

There could be another problem. Keep trying to teach your kid and ask a preschool if there is someone who can check your child for learning disabilities.
