Baytril is used to treat bacterial infections. I would not give Baytril to a cat unless you have received it from a veterinarian as it is a controversial medication and has been known to cause blindness, especially if the dosage is too high.

Yes, you should worry about giving Baytril to a cat. There have been some reports that Baytril can cause blindness in some cats, especially older cats. This may be due to decreased kidney function in older cats. Please discuss this with your veterinarian before you give Baytril to your cat.

If the cat is suffering more then you can go for Baytril which helps your cat in good ways. But dose must be decided by a vet.

Do not use Baytril on your cat without explicit directions from your veterinarian. It can cause irreversible blindness in cats.

For any medication you want to give to your cat you should ask your vet first. You cat could be allergic to somthing in the nedication and your vet will be able to know what is best for your pet. Your cat might not even need the medication and your vet will know if he does or not.
